I spotted this Menu Cheat Sheet from Bookatable and couldn’t resist sharing it on my blog.The infographic aims to help diners to decipher the often complex lingo used in restaurant menus. Do you know your béarnaise from your béchamel? Could you tell the difference between meat that’s been flambéed as opposed to Frenched? If not, you need this cheat sheet in your life.
