Monster Jam comes to Cardiff’s Principality Stadium

Monster Jam Principality Stadium Cardiff
It’s not often you get to see four metre-tall, five tonne-heavy monster trucks battle it out in tough obstacle courses and freestyle competitions. Let alone get the chance to meet the drivers, and take selfies with the trucks.

On Saturday 3rd September, you’ll be able to do just that when popular family motor sports event, Monster Jam comes to the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. No less than 12 of the world’s most famous Monster Jam trucks will go head-to-head in a spectacular display featuring Monster Jam World Finals champions, Grave Digger and Max D. The audience will be perched on the edge of their seats, as the monster trucks compete in high-action challenges that see them soar through the air and make mind-blowing manoeuvres.

As if that’s not exciting enough, Monster Jam’s popular pre-show event, ‘Party in the Pits’ will welcome fans to meet their favourite drivers, take a closer look at the Monster Jam trucks, participate in lots of other fun activities and purchase official Monster Jam merchandise. Tip: keep your eye out for the Cadbury’s Monster Cab, which will be giving away bars of Dairy Milk Big Taste!

Monster Jam Cardiff, Principality Stadium
Monster Jam have kindly invited my family and I along to watch the display on 3rd September; much to the delight of my father and my brother, who will both be accompanying me. I’m really looking forward to seeing the monster trucks in action for myself! Keep an eye out for a blog post in the week after the event.

Tickets are priced from £13 to £38, while tickets to ‘Party in the Pits’ cost just £10 when purchased with a valid ticket. To purchase a ticket for Monster Jam in Cardiff, please visit www.monsterjam.co.uk or call Ticketmaster on 0844 847 2255.

I don’t think it comes to the UK much, but they have it all over the world. I think my brother went to one with my dad when he was a kid.

I’ve heard of it before, but I think it’s an American thing. Apparently they have it all over the world though.
