Ingredients
1package classic white cake mix
½cupall-purpose flour
2 ½cupsmilkplus extra if required
½cupvegetable oil
2large eggs
½cupconfetti sprinklesplus extra for serving
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add more milk if needed.
Spray a large non-stick griddle or skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
Spoon 1/3 of the batter onto the hot griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes on either side or until the batter turns golden brown.
Serve with extra sprinkles, whipped cream and your choice of extras.
