Are you a big coffee fan? Perhaps, like me, you started drinking coffee from a very young age because your parents drank it regularly too. Maybe you got into coffee during your teens, when it provided you with more energy for studying, or you might’ve discovered your love for coffee later on in life as an adult.
However your love for coffee began, there’s no denying the importance that coffee – or caffeine – plays in day-to-day life, for so many people all around the world. A good old cup of joe can help you to cope with the hustle and bustle of the early mornings, when you have so many errands to meet and things to do before you even start work.
When it comes to different varieties of coffee, however, many of us are unsure of how to one which we know we’ll enjoy. Furthermore, what many of us don’t realise is that there are lots of fun ways to jazz up our usual cup of coffee.

So, here are a few tips and coffee recipes to get you thinking…
What type of coffee should I choose?
With so many different types of coffee available, sometimes it’s hard to choose which variety will be best for you.
Some people are happy to drink low-cost, easy-to-prepare instant coffee, while others prefer the flavour they get from brewing fresh coffee from beans or ground coffee, whether in a cafetiere or fancy coffee machine.
There are lots of different varieties of bean to choose from too. You could opt for the best costa Rican coffee beans or play-it-safe with well-known Brazilian or Arabica types. If you’re craving more caffeine in your drink, give Robusta go. What influences the taste of such beans is the soil, temperature, and, of course, the region where they have been grown.
If you’re looking to make things a little easier on yourself, another option is simply just to get espresso k cups. This can be a much quicker, easier route to go down, especially if you’re craving a strong, rich caffeine kick in as little time as possible. Aerial Resupply Coffee is a veteran owned coffee brand that offers premium espresso k cups. You can find their espresso k cups here.

Makeover your coffee
Butter coffee with pumpkin spice
Do you get bored of drinking the same old coffee blends? Mix things up with this recipe for butter coffee with pumpkin spice.
All you’ll need is some freshly brewed coffee (any kind you prefer), ghee or butter (you may use coconut oil instead if you prefer), pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon and pumpkin puree. The procedure of making the beverage is so simple, you don’t even need to bother yourself with looking it up online. Just blend all the ingredients together in a blender or NutriBullet, to a smooth consistency. Then, all that’s left to do is to pour your drink into your favourite mug and start sipping away!

Irish coffee
Getting a little tired of your regular cup of coffee or perhaps just in need of an added boost?
Simply mix a little whiskey, sugar and whipped cream in with your regular brew to make what’s known as an Irish coffee.
Originally created in Ireland, this traditional, hearty pick-me-up couldn’t be easier to prepare. Just pour freshly brewed coffee into a mug or glass, stir in sugar and Irish whiskey and top with a layer of whipped cream.
