If you’re interested in seeing comedy shows in Las Vegas in March performed by famous comedians, for example, some of the most notable celebrity-based standup comedy shows performed at hotels throughout Las Vegas feature the likes of Bill Maher, George Lopez, Ron White, Jerry Seinfeld, and Carrot Top.
Try out Hoover Dam Rafting Adventures
The only thing better than touring the Hoover Dam on foot, is sailing down it on a raft. Hoover Dam Rafting Adventures offers an exciting three-hour water-rafting experience, which sees you ride a giant raft along the calm waters adjacent to the Hoover Dam.
You needn’t worry about rapid-flowing waters; this is more of a peaceful rafting ride, than a white-knuckle experience. Instead, sit back and enjoy sailing along the Colorado River below the Hoover Dam, through the beautiful and majestic Black Canyon. It’s the perfect tour for spring breakers, or any travellers who enjoy adventure activities.
SkyJump at the STRAT Tower
The SkyJump is a thrilling, heart-pounding experience, recognised by the Guinness World Records as the world’s tallest commercial decelerator descent structure. The STRAT Tower towers 829f above the Las Vegas Strip, and the SkyJump sees you jump from the top, with a harness and cable attached to you in order to control the speed and velocity at which you travel through the air (at speeds of around 40mph!)
Before you hit the ground, the harness and cable will you pull you back, making for an adrenaline-rushing experience.
Watch a Cirque du Soleil show
If you’ll be visiting Las Vegas in springtime, don’t miss out on seeing a Cirque du Soleil show. There are six Cirque du Soleil shows running at the moment: KA, Mad Apple, Mystere, O, The Beatles LOVE, and Michael Jackson ONE. Each Cirque show boasts stunning displays of acrobatics, dancing, death-defying stunts, dramatic performances, athleticism, singing, and more.
Those who appreciate good music may want to experience one of Cirque du Soleil’s musical tribute shows, like Michael Jackson ONE, or The Beatles LOVE. However, if you’re more interested in original storylines and action-adventure themes, you might prefer watching Mystere, KA, or O.
Admire the views from the High Roller
The High Roller at the LINQ Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip is the tallest observation wheel in the city. You start by entering a glass cabin, with 360-degree panoramic views. It takes around 15 minutes to reach the top of the observation wheel, which stands at 550ft above ground. During the night is often the best time to visit, as you can see the pretty neon lights on the buildings from every direction.
Each glass cabin is big enough to hold up to 36 people once. So, if you’re coming to Las Vegas with a large group for spring break, you can ride on the High Roller adventure together. Plus, there’s also a hospitality area for catered private parties, if you’re hoping t plan a celebratory event at the High Roller.
Take on the SlotZilla Zipline
Las Vegas’ Fremont Street is home to a large twelve-storey building, decorated to resemble a giant slot machine. If you enter the building and go up several storeys, you’ll have the opportunity to try out two different zip-line adventures. One is the Zip-Zilla Zipline – approximately 77ft high, and 850ft long – while the other is the Superhero Zoom Zipline – 114ft tall, and and 1,700ft long.
See the Las Vegas Sign
Holidaymakers of all ages will no doubt relish the opportunity to take selfies in front of historic Las Vegas landmarks.
One of the best landmarks you could hope to visit is the iconic welcome sign that greets you as you drive into Las Vegas; did you even go to Las Vegas if you didn’t capture a cheesy selfie or group shot in front of this sign? If you’re lucky, you may even get photobombed by a local Elvis impersonator!
